Igneous rocks
Igneous rocks are formed by cooled lava or magma which solidifies. Magma is known as lava which is inside the earth. It has high temperature and a lot of pressure. We call it lava when the magma comes outside the earth. There are 2 types of igneous rocks- intrusive rocks and extrusive rocks.
- Intrusive rocks are rocks that cools down inside the earth.
